This session focuses on the powerful skill of deep listening to transform the way we work and lead others. Participants will not only gain a new framework for how to think about listening, they will get a practical self-assessment to raise awareness of their own daily listening habits and engage in real-time listening practice with each other. Leaders will leave with a strategic understanding of how listening shapes organizational culture and practical tools to improve the way they listen to encourage the best work from their teams.
