I focus on executive and team leaders. While I work with clients from diverse backgrounds, all of my clients share certain traits. They are highly driven, passionate, people-oriented leaders navigating complex responsibilities and have a track record of success. My clients are open to change and trying new tools and resources to maximize growth. They want to implement new practices to live their best lives possible and maximize their legacy impact and personal fulfillment in the time they have. They believe investing in their growth and that of their teams is worth the time and money because they know they will get back that investment in multiples. 

As a coach, I am able to coach leaders on any area they feel stuck or are seeking growth. Each individual leader is in the driver's seat for coaching and will have control over which topics we address. Some of the most common topics leaders focus on include leadership, teambuilding, communication, strategic planning, project management, interpersonal relationships, self-confidence,  leading change, purpose, limiting beliefs, strengths, burnout/wellbeing, and career decisions.

I use my 20+ years of experience in education and training to tailor my solutions to each individual client.
