
With over 20 years in leadership development and training, Kristin brings expertise and creativity to her work as a coach, consultant, facilitator, and speaker. Kristin focuses on Connected Leadership, helping leaders create sustainable, legacy impact by fostering transformational connections with themselves, their teams, and the environment.
She has served as a TEDx Co-Organizer and Speaker Coach for 27 speakers with the U.S. Air Force and is a Founding Member of The Coaching Collective with CrowdDoing, a global nonprofit that supports 3,000 volunteers in advancing UN Sustainable Development Goals. As a certified Mindful Outdoor Guide, Kristin integrates experiences that reduce stress and enhance wellbeing through connection with nature.
Kristin's goal is to help organizations invest in systematic, whole human approaches to leadership development to create workplaces of wellbeing and innovation that make a sustainable legacy impact.

Kristin is committed to integrating her knowledge of diverse cultures from over a decade of extensive international work with universities, nonprofits, corporate, and my time as a civilian focused on security cooperation and leadership development with the U.S. Air Force to cultivate inclusive and diverse perspectives.
She brings her ardent commitment to a research-backed approach, her love of continuous creativity, and her adventurous experience hiking in nature and traveling to all 50 United States and training leaders from 62+ countries to support cultivating whole human leadership practices that support your leadership and wellbeing development.
She believes connecting with curiosity to ourselves, others, and a sense of something bigger than ourselves gives us the boost we need on our leadership journeys to lead in the most engaged, energized, connected ways.

Her background as a communications specialist, university faculty member, TEDx Co-Organizer and Speaker Coach, seminary graduate, applied linguist, world traveler, international military instructor, outdoor adventurer, community builder, and most importantly, leadership developer with 20+ years in education and training, allows her to support leaders as whole people in navigating their own growth and creating connected relationships with those they lead.
She believes the more we do the human work of leadership, the more we can grow in authentic alignment, sustain innovative system changes, and lead from a place of thriving connectedness to create lasting social impact.
