More than 50 learning experiences equipped 1,000+ managers with the tools they needed to lead and develop others while driving organizational results. 

An elite military team was facing leader turnover and wanted to develop employees in a fast-paced, high-task environment. A Coaching Skills workshop provided opportunties to do live coaching practice and gave leaders tools to provide their teams with ongoing developmental support. 

A smalll business was onboarding new team members and was unsure how to set clear expectations and provide common language for communication and development. A strengths-based workshop with individual coaching and monthly team check-ins created a framework for shared practices and sustainable team development.  

A fast-growing tech company wanted help providing employee development support in the face of constant innovation. An interactive speaking session provided 130 employees with individualized professional growth plans and a framework for employees to strategically and intentionally manage their own career development.
