After a career break in 2023 to re-connect to my leadership spark in the rugged wilderness of New Zealand and in my diverse communities, I launched Brave Boost Leadership.
My experience as a leadership development professional with the Air Force and in the TEDx and San Antonio communities has shown me the transformative power of leaders having support to move from stuck to thriving.
My personal journey has given me even more belief that the future of work needs both a research-informed and a whole human approach, where we can integrate our mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical selves.
I am here to support leaders and your teams to keep growing into authentic alignment and to get confidence and clarity on where you're stuck, how to move forward, and how to lead from a place of thriving connectedness with your unique spark.

I am committed to integrating my knowledge of diverse cultures through my travel to 50 states and 20+ countries and my extensive international work to cultivate inclusive and diverse perspectives.
I bring my adventurous experience hiking in nature and love of creativity to support cultivating whole human leadership practices that support your leadership and wellbeing development.
I believe connecting with curiosity to ourselves, others, and a sense of something bigger than ourselves gives us the boost we need on our leadership journeys to lead in the most engaged, energized, connected ways.
What Makes Me Unique
My background as a communications specialist, university faculty member, TEDx Co-Organizer and Speaker Coach, seminary graduate, applied linguist, world traveler, international military instructor, outdoor adventurer, community builder, LinkedIn Top Leadership Voice, and most importantly, leadership developer with 20+ years in education and training, allows me to support leaders from diverse backgrounds as whole people in navigating their own growth and creating connected relationships with those they lead.
