A Mindful Outdoor Experience is an interactive, nature-based experience that helps participants slow down and reset from the busy hustle of day-to-day tasks and connect to the wellbeing and creative power of nature.
These innovative, 1 to 4-hour experiences use a research-backed framework that includes an outdoor orientation, breathing practices, centering, connecting to the senses, sitting with nature, and a final council practice to reflect on shared learning.

Kristin is an officially certified Mindful Outdoor Guide. She has been facilitating leadership experiences for over 20 years. She is Wilderness First Aid and CPR certified to ensure safety and care for all participants. Kristin has traveled to all 50 states and over 20 countries. She is an avid hiker and outdoor enthusiast and has seen firsthand the power of nature to restore wellbeing and connection. She debuted her Mindful Outdoor Experience at the National Outdoor Recreation and Conservation School.
Showcasing her dedication to both local and global initiatives, she is a Founding Member of The Coaching Collective with CrowdDoing, a nonprofit that supports 3,000 volunteers working toward UN Sustainable Development Goals.

Location is tailored to each group's needs and budget. If your team already has an outdoor location, we can work with you to ensure suitability for this experience. We also have our own pre-identified locations that are specifically tailored for these experiences and can be added to the booking based on availability and location preferences.
Cost will vary depending on location and length of experience. Starting rates without facilities rental for a one-hour experience are $1000 for groups of 15 or fewer and $1500 for groups of more than 15. Two-hour experiences start at $2000/$2500 (more than 15 participants). Three-hour experiences start at $2500/$3000, and four-hour experiences start at $3000/$3500. We offer special discounted pricing for non-profit organizations and community groups.
